Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing facilities are located in the government-notified MIDC area, covering over 60,000+ sqft, with 37,000 sqft under the crane. The facility is equipped with in-house capabilities such as machining, drilling, and pressing to manufacture equipment per IS, ASME, TEMA, API code, and cGMP requirements. Our installed capacity allows us to manufacture over 100 to 150 equipment annually.

Testing Facilities
We offer comprehensive testing facilities to ensure the highest quality standards for our products. We have an in-house designated testing area to conduct the following tests
1. Hydro test facility (Up to 50 Kg /Cm2 g)
2. Pneumatic test facility (Up to 10 Kg /Cm2 g)
3. Dye Penetration Checking.
4. Thickness Check with ‘D’ meter.
5. Static Balancing of Shaft on Revolving Centre.
6. Current & Voltage Measurement by Tongue Tester.
7. P.M. Measurement with Tachometer.
8. Shaft Run-out Measurement with Dial Gauge.
9. X-ray Film Viewer Facility.
10. Tube Expansion Checking with Dial Bore Gauge up to 2” O/D Tube.
11. Noise Level Check with Decibel Meter
12. Temperature Measurement – Infrared Thermometer.
13. Surface Roughness Check with Ra Meter.
14. Vibration Check with Vibration Meter.
15. DFT Meter for measurement of coating thickness.
